If you thought that the concept behind Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! or Elite Beat Agents is pretty far-fetched, then think again! The idea of an ouen (cheer) to inspire a person to solve their problems is quite real after all.
This news clip from NHK shows us the video of a personal ouendan (cheer person) helping to cheer people who are in need of help.
